These terms explain what you're agreeing to before a locksmith comes out - no fine-print surprises. By requesting service from Fast Valdosta Locksmith, you agree to the terms below.
You'll receive a clear explanation of the work needed and its price before any work begins. Pricing given over the phone is an estimate based on the information you provide; the final price is confirmed once a technician has assessed the situation in person, before work starts.
We do not perform additional work beyond what's quoted without your approval. If something changes once we're on-site, we'll explain it and get your okay first.
We reserve the right to decline service if we cannot reasonably verify that a caller has the right to access a given vehicle, home, or business.

The phone estimate is based on what you describe; the confirmed price is set once we've actually assessed the situation in person, and we'll tell you before doing any work.
We'll ask a few quick verification questions for lockouts (ID, name on account, etc.) - this is standard practice to help protect everyone's property.
